Welcome to Everlasting April!
Hi! I’m April, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a health educator, lifestyle programmer, and a woman learning to reimagine her life in this new chapter.
For years, I’ve guided others, especially older adults, through the complexities of chronic illness, empowering them to embrace clean living, self-care, and balanced habits.
Throughout my career, I witnessed firsthand the incredible resilience of individuals facing health challenges.
My work has always been driven by a desire to empower others to reclaim health and vitality. That work has shaped my understanding of what it truly means to heal and thrive.
But lately, that understanding has taken on an even more personal meaning.
Over the past decade, I’ve experienced the unraveling of two long-term relationships. The first one, a marriage to a man I called my “Life Partner” that produced two beautiful children. The second, a self-discovery relationship with a woman I loved, who allowed me to become the person I am today.
The close of these deeply meaningful chapters has left some scars on my heart. The truth is, I never fully healed after that first loss. I poured myself into the second relationship, caregiving, work, and staying strong for everyone else. But now, with my youngest son preparing to leave for college and my 20-year-old son with special needs still at home, I find myself in an unexpected and tender space, navigating both the ache of an almost-empty nest and the quiet invitation to finally tend to me.
This isn’t a story of regret. It’s a story of reclaiming. A story of finally putting my own well-being at the center. It’s not out of selfishness, but out of necessity and deep understanding to maintain well being. These experiences have taught me that self-care is not just a luxury; it is a necessity for growth and renewal
At Everlasting April, I share what I’ve learned (and what I’m still learning) about living with intention. Everything from toxin-free home care to nervous system regulation to rebuilding your life after loss. I believe that wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about coming home to yourself, again and again.
Here’s how I can support you:
🌿 Navigating Overwhelm
If life feels heavy and self-care is always last on your list, I’ll help you make it feel doable and deeply restorative.
🌀 Transforming Habits
Let’s shift the patterns that keep you stuck and replace them with nurturing rhythms that support the life you’re building.
✨ Living Cleanly
Clean living isn’t all-or-nothing. I’ll show you how to begin where you are and make sustainable, meaningful changes.
🧘♀️ Creating Balance
From calming your space to calming your nervous system, I’ll help you find clarity and peace amid the noise.
💛 Finding Community
This is a place for women who are evolving, healing, and starting over with grace, grit, and good company.
Whether you’re here to detox your home, renew your habits, or simply feel less alone in your own transformation, I welcome you.
At Everlasting April, we believe that every season, even the hard ones, can lead to new growth. I’m walking this path too, and I’m honored to walk it with you.
