Pumpkin Smoothie

  • Nutmeg Grater With Storage

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbs nut butter of choice cashew, almond
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground clove
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamon
  • 3/4 cup milk can use nut or hemp milks
  • 4-6 cubes ice
  • 5 pumpkin seeds for garnish
  • 1/8 tsp freshly grated nut meg for garnish
  • optional whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (except pumpkin seeds and nutmeg) in a blender with ice
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and top with seeds and a pinch of nutmeg
  • whipped cream is optional
