can use nut or hemp milks

pumpkin seeds
for garnish

freshly grated nut meg
for garnish
optional whipped cream
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except pumpkin seeds and nutmeg) in a blender with ice
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and top with seeds and a pinch of nutmeg
whipped cream is optional
